These terms of service govern your use of AI ChatGOT (AIChatGOT.com), operated from the European Union. By accessing or using AI ChatGOT, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
AI ChatGOT is a free, web-based platform that provides AI-powered chat tools including AI Chat, AI Writer, AI Image Generator, AI Detector, AI Humanizer, and related features. The service is powered by the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini model) and is accessible through any modern web browser without requiring account creation or software installation. An iOS application (AI Writer & AI Checker ACI) is also available with expanded features.
No Account Required
AI ChatGOT does not require user accounts, registration, login credentials, or any personal information to operate. The service is designed to be used anonymously. No email address, name, phone number, or other identifying information is collected or required at any point.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI ChatGOT only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Generating illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
- Creating any content involving minors in harmful, exploitative, or sexual contexts
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable safety filters or content moderation systems
- Using the service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group
- Generating content intended to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft
- Distributing malware, spam, or other harmful material through the platform
- Automated scraping, bot access, or any use that disrupts the service for other users
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these terms.
Rate Limits
The free web version of AI ChatGOT provides 20 messages per day across all tools. This daily limit is tracked by IP address and resets every 24 hours. The iOS app (AI Writer & AI Checker ACI) offers unlimited messaging for subscribers. Rate limits exist to maintain fair access and manage server resources. Attempting to circumvent rate limits through technical means (such as IP rotation) is a violation of these terms.
No Warranty
AI ChatGOT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or biased content. The AI model generates text based on statistical patterns and does not possess genuine understanding or the ability to verify facts. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through AI ChatGOT before relying on it for decisions related to health, legal matters, finances, or any other consequential purpose.
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the prompts they submit and the AI-generated outputs they receive through AI ChatGOT, subject to the terms and conditions of OpenAI regarding content generated through their API. AI ChatGOT does not claim ownership of user-generated or AI-generated content. The AI ChatGOT name, logo, branding, website design, and original content on AIChatGOT.com are the property of AI ChatGOT and may not be reproduced without permission.
Termination and Access Restrictions
AI ChatGOT reserves the right to block, restrict, or terminate access for any IP address or user that violates these terms of service or engages in abusive behavior. Access may be restricted without prior notice in cases of clear or repeated violations. Because no accounts exist, termination takes the form of IP-based blocking. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI ChatGOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for free users is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
What Constitutes Abuse
Beyond the prohibited categories listed above, abuse includes any pattern of use designed to degrade the service for others or exploit it beyond its intended purpose. This covers automated request flooding, scripted access that mimics human interaction to extract bulk outputs, systematic prompt injection attempts aimed at extracting the system prompt or bypassing safety filters, and using the platform as a backend API for a separate product without authorization. We also consider repeated generation of near-identical content at scale - such as spinning thousands of SEO articles - to be outside normal use. Abuse determination is based on behavioral patterns, not individual messages. A single unusual request won't trigger action; sustained patterns that indicate automated or exploitative use will.
How Rate Limits Work in Practice
The 20-message daily limit on the free web version applies across all tools combined - a message to AI Chat, a request to AI Writer, and an image generation prompt each count as one message against the same daily total. The counter resets 24 hours after your first message of the day, not at a fixed time. Rate limits are tracked by IP address, which means all users sharing the same network (such as a school or office) share the same daily allocation. This is a known limitation of anonymous, account-free services and is an intentional trade-off we make to avoid requiring registration. If you consistently need more than 20 messages per day, the iOS app provides unlimited access through subscription without any per-message restrictions.
Third-Party Services
AI ChatGOT uses the OpenAI API to generate AI responses. Your use of AI ChatGOT is also subject to OpenAI's terms of use and policies. We use Cloudflare for content delivery and security. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers. Links to third-party websites or services on our platform do not constitute endorsement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which AI ChatGOT operates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of AI ChatGOT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Users located outside the EU agree to submit to this governing law by using the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms of service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Because AI ChatGOT does not collect email addresses or maintain user accounts, we cannot provide direct notice of changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
